We do not currently offer exchange shipments.
Returns and Refunds Applicable Conditions We only accept return requests under the following circumstances:
The product was damaged or had quality issues during shipping;
The product had obvious manufacturing defects;
The customer changed their mind after receiving the product, but the product was unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Return time limit Customers must submit a return application within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the product, and complete the return within 3 business days after confirmation. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted, please proceed promptly.
Actions required by the user Please send a return request email to service@glovieo.com within 7 business days after receiving the product and provide the following information:

Contact information
Reason for return
Product photo (please take a photo if there is any damage or quality problem)
We will review your application within 1-3 business days after receiving it. If the review is passed, we will inform you of the return mailing address and related instructions by email. Please return the product within 3 business days after receiving the confirmation email and provide a valid courier number.
Mailing address and return shipping fee The mailing address will only be provided by email. Please do not send the item back to the shipping address.
If the return is due to damaged goods, quality problems or wrong delivery, the return postage will be borne by us (courier receipt is required).
If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike/inappropriate size), the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
We charge a 5% return handling fee. Refund methods and timeliness Once the returned product is inspected and accepted, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to the payment account you used when purchasing Please note that the arrival time of different payment platforms may vary slightly. It may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and receive the refund
About cancelling orders After 3 hours of placing an order, it cannot be cancelled The order cannot be cancelled after the goods are shipped. You need to wait for receipt and follow the normal return process.
Package lost/undelivered/failed to deliver Use the tracking number you received to check the latest status of your package and confirm if it is indeed lost or missing. Sometimes, a package may be temporarily stranded at a location due to weather, shipping delays, etc. If the tracking information shows that the package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, or there has been no update for a long time, please contact our customer service team immediately. Please have your order number, tracking number, and all relevant information ready so that we can quickly process your request. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as we are not responsible for any loss, delay or additional costs caused by incorrect address. When placing an order, please confirm your delivery address carefully to avoid the risk of failed delivery.
